Raised in rural New South Wales, Australia I moved to Sydney in the late 1970s. After 20+ years in sales, marketing and management on various levels I bought a factory and delved into manufacturing for a few years. Retiring from that in 1997 I decided I wanted a business that would afford me more time at home with my family.
Initially starting a computer sales & repair business, which was something I'd been involved with as a hobby since the early 80's. At the same time I was exploring various options on the Internet and went full time on the net in '99 eventually leading into Web Hosting as my primary business.
Some of our current products and services include, hosting, server lease & management, email services, domain registration & management, SSL certificates & security auditing, site design & maintenance and website templates.
Future plans: I currently have several irons in the fire, probably the most significant being that I've recently taken the first steps to register as an Australian Registrar in an effort to provide better domain services to our Aussie clients.
There's also a couple of ebooks I've been working on (and off) in my spare time which I hope to have ready for release in 2004.
I think most who know me personally would tell you I'm a fairly laid back kinda guy who's always ready and willing to help a neighbor. I'm married, have 9 children ranging in ages from 8 to 28 (4 still at home) and 6 grand kids (so, yes I do need a holiday). We live in the "burbs" of Sydney and plan on moving back to the country the minute they have cable.
I truly enjoy the Internet and the ability it offers to work and interact with people globally, from all walks of life.
I'm honored to be a member of iCop and fully support jl in her efforts to improve the way in which business is conducted online.
September, 2004: It is with great sadness we report that Graham has passed from this life. He was an irreplacable asset to iCop, and we will miss him beyond words.
