Rozey's computer career began when she acquired an Atari 800XL from a local computer swap club in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Equipped with this machine and her mounting enthusiasm, she launched her first Bulletin Board System (BBS) in the early 1980's.

Fascinated with the possibilities of online communication, she utilized her BBS, (referred to as "WishNet") to establish her first International Network using the FIDO echo net technology. Calling strangers to invite them aboard her HUB computer, each night her computer system would automatically dial into local and International computers to swap messages.

This was definitely the birth of an ongoing communication revolution and sitting at the helm of it all - you would find Rozey. Her passion to expand across the global frontier brought her heightened recognition and inclusion within the 1994 publication, "Free Electronic Networks" by William J. Shefski, (ISBN# 1-55958-415-7).

As the CEO of Print Source One, Rozey knows from hard personal experience what it takes to succeed as a woman in a "man's world." As a successful entrepreneur in the male dominated field of printing, she has proven her talent, skill and perseverance. She lives and teaches her personal motto: "I CAN and I WILL," and has a personal mission to make a difference in the lives of other women entrepreneurs both on and off the World Wide Web.

Ms. Gean began working in the field of printing as an accounting department manager for an established shop. As this company down sized, she was given the opportunity to learn and practice all aspects of the business. In Ms. Geans words "It was do-it-yourself on the job training!" Using the strength and fire that kept her independent for 19 years as a single parent and helped her rise above many personal struggles including a bout with cancer, Rozey applied the skills she learned to open her own print shop in 1996. Print Source One became an on line company in January of 1998.

In addition to her thriving print company, Rozey is the founder of Women Entrepreneurs' Online Network, (WEON) an organization that provides resources, education and mutual mentoring opportunities for women on the net.

Her expertise includes mentoring women in business and sharing her vast knowledge through written works. These works can be read in her popular weekly WEON newsletter and other publications such as Web Bound Magazine or Monday Magazine and most recently Small Business Resources.

Coupled with her professional accomplishments, Rozey is now happily married, the mother of a grown daughter, and proud grandmother of two. Her resting periods are best served snuggled inside her 26-foot RV clicking the keys on her laptop or trampling across the golf greens with her husband Ricky.
